Previous | Next

BCIS is pleased to endorse The Royal Society of Medicine’s international COVID-19 conference which will bring together thought leaders from around the world to share the key clinical learnings about COVID-19.

The webinar will consolidate our clinical understanding of the impact of the virus, in order to prepare for our future management of the pandemic.

An international faculty of health experts will distil the evidence and consider the key lessons learned globally during a series of four stimulating panel discussions:

  • Respiratory effects: critical care and ventilation
  • Impacts on the brain and the nervous systems
  • Cardiovascular complications and the role of thrombosis
  • Looking forward: research, vaccines and future management strategies

By examining the most effective ways of treating COVID-19 around the world,
and evaluating the human impact of the coronavirus pandemic, he RSM intend to
distil advice for improving patient treatment and share ways of mitigating the
impact of future outbreaks.
