Call for Expressions of Interest: Co-hosts for the AHP Annual Summer Conference 2026

Dear BCIS Member,

• Are you and your team passionate about AHP education?
• Could you deliver two days of interactive, high-quality learning?
• Are you committed to supporting the professional development of Allied Healthcare Professionals within our Society?

If so—and you are a non-surgical centre—we invite you to submit an Expression of Interest to host the 2026 AHP Annual Meeting.

The selected host centre will collaborate closely with the co-host surgical centre, Essex CTC, and the AHP Working Group to shape and deliver an engaging and educational programme.

Each year, the AHP Annual Meeting brings together approximately 175 attendees for a two-day, face-to-face conference, although a date hasn’t been confirmed, the meeting will be held towards the end of June/start of July.  While the 2026 programme is still to be developed, previous meetings have featured a combination of pre-recorded live cases, lectures, and industry-led training demonstrations. Successful applicants will join a planning meeting via Zoom to agree programme content and define their role in its delivery.

Application Process

Applications are by self-nomination, supported by a statement (maximum 500 words) outlining:

• What you and your team can contribute to the AHP Working Group
• The strengths your centre would bring to the planning and delivery of the Annual Meeting
