BCIS Focus Group on Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrests Survey

Previous | Next

A Survey for BCIS Consultant Members

Dear BCIS member,

Interventional cardiologists are the front-line in managing myocardial infarction. As we face an increasingly acute workload, BCIS has formed a Focus Group to address how best to approach the patient following resuscitated Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest.   We plan to draw information from UK current practice, summarise the published data and hopefully produce some useful guidance in due course.

Our first step is to canvass members’ experiences, and we would ask you to share your current practice by completing the attached survey – it will only take 2-3 minutes and will provide us with a useful, contemporary review of the current approaches across the UK.

Please note this survey is to be completed by BCIS Consultant Members only.

Best wishes,

Paul Rees & Tom Keeble
