Call for Cases – Coronary Intervention Fellows Course

CALL FOR YOUR ‘BEST’ COMPLICATIONS CASES!

To all Trainees…

We invite you to submit your best/worst case involving a complication, for a unique opportunity to present at this high profile meeting.

The best 3 cases will be selected for presentation by the trainee at the course and the winner will receive FREE BCIS membership for a year.

Complication sessions are always the highlight of the BCIS annual meeting and will be a great way to close this exciting trainees day. They are a fantastic opportunity to share experience and canvass opinion on how others would manage such complications, in a safe and supportive environment.

The requirements for submission are as follows:

• PowerPoint (or equivalent) with a maximum of 8 slides of an interesting/complicated procedure in PCI or structural intervention involving a complication and how this was managed
• All patient data must be anonymised and the responsible consultant must be aware of the submission
• The trainee submitting must have been personally involved in the case, either as first or second operator
• AVI’s should be embedded into the presentation
