This post offers well established, high-quality, high-volume structural training in a prominent international cardiac centre. The post is funded for 12 months and has a work programme primarily focused on catheter laboratory activity. There are opportunities for participating in research and structural heart disease programmes. As well as offering advanced training, this post provides an excellent opportunity to live and work in another country and experience a different healthcare system.

This post is highly competitive and most suitable for individuals who already have a strong background of interventional training with academic research and previous exposure to structural training is desirable.

Access to the fellowships is limited to UK trainees in their final 2 years of Specialist Registrar training who intend to specialise in Structural Cardiology and are BCIS members. The supervising consultants act on behalf of the BCIS Training and Education Group.
