Summary

An update on the two live cases presented from Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital last year. The first concerns a 68 year old lady with CCS class III angina and a significant lesion at the circumflex and first obtuse marginal bifurcation. The second case involves a 76 year old gentleman with multiple co-morbidities admitted with an NSTEMI. Angiography revealed heavily calcified three-vessel disease.
