Summary

Narbeh Melikian and colleagues presents the results of two studies. First study is used to validate a novel technique of Intra-coronary thermodilution to assess the endothelium dependent coronary microvascular function.  In the second study they assess the effects of metabolic syndrome on coronary microvascular function in patients with stable coronary artery disease undergoing PCI.
