Data to CCAD

The Healthcare Commission will be again assessing a trust against a ‘participation in heart disease audits’ performance indicator. For the 2008/2009 assessment year they will be examining BCIS data for the calendar year 2008.

The deadline for these data to have been uploaded to CCAD will be:
Wednesday 13 May 2009.

Specifically, they will be assessing trusts on the following questions from the 'participation in heart disease audits' performance indicator using BCIS data

1c) whether a trust that provides PCI procedures participated in the BCIS-CCAD audit project ......
1d) whether a trust that provides PCI procedures has greater than or equal to 90% completion for each of the key fields recorded by the BCIS-CCAD audit project...
1e) whether a trust that provides primary PCI procedures has greater than or equal to 90% completion for each of the key date/time fields for primary PCI patients.
