I attach the form which each unit needs to complete to give annual aggregated data to BCIS so that I can prepare the annual audit for activity in the calendar year 2007. Please note that for England and Wales, ALSO make sure your data are uploaded to CCAD.

You will see from the notes at the end of the form that the deadlines are as follows:

Data for 2007 Calendar Year:
Deadline for this aggregate data form is 30th June 2008
Deadline for CCAD upload is 14th May 2008
